This notice covers the personal data processed in the members' area of the website (registration, timetable, class sign-up).

What data do we process?
- your name and e-mail address, as you enter them when registering;
- which classes you signed up for or cancelled, and when;
- whether you asked for the e-mail newsletter;
- the random identifier in your sign-in link, which your browser also remembers so that you don't have to sign in every time.
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name and e-mail address with us, nothing else.
What do we use it for?
To manage membership and class sign-ups: to know how many people and who are coming, and to send you the sign-in link and notices about changes to classes (cancellation, rescheduling). When you sign up for a class we add you as a guest to the Google Calendar event: Google sends you an invitation and the class may appear in your own calendar.
We only e-mail you news and workshop announcements if you asked for them; you can unsubscribe at any time in the members' area. We don't sell or share your data.
Other members only see the number of sign-ups on the website, never names or e-mail addresses.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent, given when you register, which you can withdraw at any time. We keep your data for one year after your last sign-in, or until you ask us to delete it.
Where is it stored?
The data is stored in the controller's Google account (Google Calendar and Google Sheets); Google acts as a data processor. Your browser keeps your personal identifier in its own storage; you can delete it at any time with the “Sign out” button.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted – just write to the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
